Maureen Sullivan serves as President of Rent the Runway, and is responsible for driving strategy, business innovation and accelerating growth across all areas of the business and delivery of the customer experience. In her role as President, she oversees numerous functions including marketing, communications, brand, creative, business development, as well as the customer experience and retail functions. Prior to joining Rent the Runway, Maureen worked at AOL as President of AOL.com and Lifestyle Brands, where she led all elements of the AOL.com experience including programming, product and engineering, as well as overseeing operations, strategy and partnerships. She also launched and managed MAKERS.com, the first-of-its kind video platform dedicated to telling the stories of groundbreaking women. Earlier in her career, she held other leadership positions at AOL, including senior vice president of marketing and communications where she notably led the company’s global rebranding.
Maureen began her career at Google, serving in several positions, including Chief of Staff to Americas Advertising organization, where she oversaw business planning and partnership development. She serves on the Board of Directors of Choice Hotels, and the non-profit Network for Good. Maureen is a graduate of Stanford University and resides in New York City with her husband and three children.
